Service Terms
1. What this page is
This page holds the current version of the Buildwise Media Service Terms, plus the change log for every published change. Our client agreements point here. Each signed Statement of Work names the exact title, version, and date of the Service Terms it uses. That named version stays the record of the original deal, even after we publish newer versions.
These Service Terms describe how we do the work — the methods and tools that can improve over time. They do not replace or change any signed agreement. If anything here differs from a client's signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
2. How we deliver
Work is delivered by the Buildwise team together with the custom artificial intelligence (AI) system we build and run for each client. The system does the day-to-day work specified in the client's Statement of Work. The team directs it, checks it, and improves it. Work receives quality review appropriate to the work.
3. How we measure
The current attribution model is source-of-record, direct-channel attribution, version 1.0: a lead is credited to the channel it actually arrived through. Each Statement of Work pins, in its measurement schedule, the attribution model and version that applies to that engagement. How results are recorded and measured for any commitment is defined in the signed agreement, which controls.
4. How we handle client data
Rights in client materials, client data, and client output are governed exclusively by the applicable signed agreement.
5. How we communicate
Ongoing updates go to the client through their normal channel. Notice of a material change to these Service Terms will be sent by email to the client's address of record. Posting on this page alone is not notice.
6. How these terms change
We improve our methods and tools continuously — we work at the speed of AI. When we make a material change, we email the client and post a dated, versioned entry in the change log below. A change under this mechanism can never raise fees, cut agreed work, reduce the client's rights in client materials, client data, or client output, or shift legal risk. Those need a signed amendment. A client has 30 days from notice to object to a material change, and may terminate the affected work without penalty during that objection period. The full mechanism lives in the signed agreement, which controls.
7. Version record
| Version | Date | Status |
|---|---|---|
| 1.1 | 2026-07-20 | Current |
| 1.0 | 2026-07-20 | Superseded |
We preserve every prior version and its effective dates. Clients can request a copy of any version at legal@buildwisemedia.com.
Change log
Tightened wording after cross-model legal review: delivery scope now defers to each Statement of Work; data-rights and measurement details defer to the signed agreement; material-change notice narrowed to these Service Terms; the penalty-free exit during the 30-day objection window is stated in full.
Initial publication of the BWM Service Terms. First versioned release of the methodology and tooling details our client agreements point to, together with this changelog.
