The promise travels through every chapter.

Targets and measurement rules are written into the signed work order. Then the work is true month-to-month after day 90. We must keep earning the next month.

What must be true

A few closed jobs must repay the install and operating cost. If your average job cannot support that, the diagnostic should stop us early.

Why public pricing

Qualified owners should know the economic class before sharing company numbers. No price-discovery call required.

Why it earns back

Ascend attacks leaks closest to cash first: slow response, quote follow-up, booked-job tracking, and channels already showing signal.

Chapter two builds the engine week by week.

We find the next revenue leak, build the fix, test it, and improve it. High-stakes choices get quality review appropriate to the work. Available now

Every client signs the same universal contract. No surprise conditions.

Selected capability improvements roll in without a re-platforming or upgrade charge

Quality review appropriate to automated work, with review records available on request

Sovereignty: client owns code + data + ad accounts + customer list

No vendor lock-in: multi-vendor orchestration

True m-t-m no penalty after Day 90: no clawback, no exit fee

Q-01 Q-02 Q-03 RUNNING SYSTEM ANSWER EVERY ANSWER TRACES TO LIVE SYSTEM STATE
  • How much does Buildwise Media cost?

Pricing is public. Ascend Pilot is $15,000 one-time — a 45-day proof sprint that covers your install. Ascend is $7,000/mo plus a $15,000 install, waived for Pilot graduates. Ascend Pro is $15,000/mo plus a $25,000 install for multi-location operators.

  • Is the install fee one-time, and do Pilot graduates pay it twice?

The install fee is one-time. The $15,000 Pilot already covers the Ascend install scope, so graduates start Ascend with no second install fee. There is no exit fee and no clawback.

  • Is there a long-term contract?

No long-term lock-in. You pay the Pilot up front, then a 90-day initial operating period starts when Ascend goes live. After Day 90 the system is true month-to-month — no penalty, no exit fee. We earn the operating fee every month or we do not.

  • How are performance targets set and measured?

The signed work order defines the targets, measurement window, and attribution model for the engagement. We capture the baseline first and report against it. Targets guide the work but do not guarantee business results.

  • Do you mark up or manage my ad budget?

No. Ad spend is 1:1 and paid straight to the platforms from your own accounts. We never touch your ad dollars and never mark them up. You pay us to run the system; you pay the platforms direct.

For established service businesses with real revenue. Owners looking for a savior bounce off — and that is the right outcome.
